"The room was good but we ‘messed’ up assuming all rooms would be ‘doubles’ unless specified as when we had chosen the location of the room arrived to find it was too singles, we could of changed but everything was great. Windows you could open which I like, great air conditioning.
Coffee machine and kettle and even a mini bar if you wanted it. You could also order other bits like an iron and board through the ‘app’ which arrived swiftly.
Yeah it was good. So very central to what we wanted so...

"They could send you to a room being under repair and let you walk along a dirty, messy and unsafe corridor to reach your room. You ask another room and they could send you to a longest possible walk to exhaust your patience Not a good management and have a serious attitude problem. Try once, that is it."

"I was quite disappointed with my stay. Due to a rule requiring room cleaning and towel replacement to be requested by 11:00 AM the previous day, it is virtually impossible to get service on the second day since check-in is well past 11:00 AM. Furthermore, there were no clear instructions about requesting service at reception, and I was shocked that a hotel of this high standard charges extra for luggage storage.
Apart from the above, the hotel room is generally clean and near to the train...

"Great location. Right across from Central Station which made transportation by train and U Bahn easy. Room was clean and quiet.
