"The sound proofing is terrible. We could hear people going to the bathroom in the next room, people yelling at their kids and banging against the walls. There aren't enough charging ports next to the beds and no USB-C's at all. The bathroom sink water never got hot and we even lost water for a short time."

"My stay was a nightmare. The front desk staff is lazy and incompetent; they have covered parking but save it exclusively for managers, leaving guests to struggle with ridiculous excuses. Even the cleaning staff ignores you when you greet them. Most importantly, the room design is a major safety hazard. The tile flooring throughout the entire room becomes a skating rink because of the shower and nighttime humidity. My 4-year-old daughter slipped and hit herself hard because of this negligence. Room smelled like mold and had black mold stains on ceiling. Bathroom walls had hair on them. Hotel is next to a very loud bar that is open until 2am on weekends. Doors closing in rooms around us were loud and constantly woke us up. I wasn’t expecting a palace but even the very bare minimum is not met here."
