"Pésima la actitud del personal en recepción, Nos atendió muy mal, grosero y parecía que nos estaba haciendo un favor además llegamos cerca de las 11:00 pm éramos los únicos huéspedes haciendo el check in y se tardó más de 45 minutos en darnos la habitación además nos dio la habitación más retirada cuando venían personas de la tercera edad que no podía caminar. Me extraña que tengan personal tan poco calificado y con cero amabilidad. Que pena que por el personal tan poco educado y empatico...

"Room was clean but you can tell some of the walls needed to be repainted, the baseboards in the restroom were installed leaving gaps that will likely allow for pests to enter the rooms easily, and there was obvious sign’s of holes in the tile of the shower that were covered with caulking but whoever did it didn’t care to make it look decent. Customer service at check in was meh. Still I’m sure this hotel is probably much better than some of the other ones in Brownsville. Like that it was close...
