"Had a poor and a highly unsatisfactory experience overall at the hotel. Check in was slow, the front desk was uninformed about even basics such as parking location and prices, and wasted a lot of time checking me in. Hotel elevators and lobby and rooms are all extremely dated, and smell of cigarettes ..."

"Really good value hotel, especially for a solo traveller. Room was a decent size and was clean, staff were very helpful. Car park was a decent size but some of the parking was atrocious so I couldn’t always get a space. Only thing I would change is having a kettle - I did miss morning teas!"
