"Incredible experience as the hostess (Seito or Seiko) was very helpful and engaging. She used a translator which made everything English friendly. Dinner and breakfast were so delicious and fulfilling. The hostess even reserved the best hot spring with a view for me. One night was worth it!"

"The room was beautiful with a patio that overlooked the lush hillside. The dining area was pleasant and the food was good. The onsen, however, could stand some refurbishment.
The hotel advertises late checkout but I was told that 11:00 am constitutes late checkout. This seems like a bit of a scam to me. Made my departure more rushed than a I planned for it to be."
