"The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. "We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room. Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."

"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"Clean, central, and walkable to everything in Old Town Dubrovnik. The bed was comfortable, the AC was super strong, and the kitchen, bathroom, and closet space all did exactly what you need them to do. Check-in instructions were clear and the host communicated well. Perfect base for a short stay just note you may have to climb many stairs to your room. Pricey but actually one of the more affordable hotels in old town."

"Whilst functional the property is very dated and in need of repair. Boiler only allows for 1 shower. Crack in TV screen and cooker splash back. Curtains illfitting allow in light. Balcony furniture old and uncomfortable. The ability to use the facilities in the hotel next door saved the holiday.reception staff pleasant and accommodating but it should not be necessary to ask for things like beach towels, a drying rack for clothes, change of towels mid way through week. "We had top floor studio apartment, 68 steps up but worth every one of them and we are 80 years old.
