"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"The bathtub shower had a bit to be desired in that with only a half screen it does not do the best job of keeping the water in if one is taking a shower. The whole location currently does not have working ac, only the bed rooms. thankfully the bed rooms with Prague temps reaching over 101 F. The lobby felt like the Manila hotel 50 years ago with no ac. Fans would not keep up with the heat"

"Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing. Otherwise the interior is very well maintained and renovated and the staff is doing a good job being friendly and trying to help you."

"De l’extérieur, l’hostel n’est pas le plus accueillant, mais sans trop se fier aux apparences, c’est un très bel auberge jeunesse. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, les installations (piscine, table de billard, gym…) permettent de se divertir pleinement. Il est aussi situé près du tramway, permettant de visiter Prague facilement. Bref, très bel expérience !!"

"Pretty old hotel but clean. My room has a small shower place which is not ideal. Otherwise a good hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. The location requires tram ride to go to the old town etc."

"Lovely location next to the monastery with beautiful views over Prague and several excellent restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the patio was a great spot for coffee or cocktails. Friendly, helpful staff. Slightly outside Old Town, but Tram 22 stops nearby, and it's an easy walk to the castle, cathedral, and city center. Not your typical chain hotel. Would highly recommend."
