"The British lady (my apologies, I cannot remember her name, but we had a conversation about her British heritage), Is EXCEPTIONAL! She was so polite and went out of her way to ensure we were able to check in on a timely manner and were able to find what we needed (ice machine on the 5th floor was not working). She was so positive about her job, the Winston area, and how delighted she was to meet/greet folks at the hotel. GREAT JOB! Breakfast is the traditional fake eggs, sausage patties, and ready to make waffles…more than enough to eat and plenty of choices if you do not prefer the fake eggs."
