"The shower spilled onto floor where the toilet was. Very small stay but good enough if you only plan on sleeping there. Clean. Great location!"

"We enjoyed our stay at theZip Hotel very much. It was conveniently located between 2 train stations, a 1 min walk to Sinchon Station and a 4 min walk to Sogang University Station. Plus it was a quick 15 min walk to Sogang University where my son is going to school for the semester. We were very impressed with how well maintained the property is and how convenient the shared kitchen is with all the amenities you need. And even better if you make arrangements before hand, you can drop your...

"A lovely, well-maintained property at a very affordable price, and close to everything in Hongdae. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value."

"so good"

"All the staff went above and beyond, they were kind and very helpful. Lynn Yeo helped us with our check-in, and it was smooth sailing. Truly satisfied with their services. The location is also in the middle of Hongdae, close to restaurants, a convenience store, and shops. "

"This was, without a question, one of the worst hotels I have been to. They should advertise themselves as a Hostel, that would be way more accurate and honest… I don’t understand the great reviews so here is a realistic review. For starters the hotel is in a 5th floor with no elevator (which you find out until the check in instructions), the poor manager has to carry luggage all day long and if you have an early or late flight, no one is there to help. The rooms look nothing like the pictures,...

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room, but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...
