"I would give them 5/5 with the only reason being was that the A/C didn’t work. Room stayed hot despite multiple requests to have the issue addressed. Super convenient to the Ferrari museum but not really anything else. Hands down the best breakfast in the entire hotel world! Bed was comfortable, shower was clean, property is safe and easy parking which is rare in Italy."

"Ideale Per viaggi d’affari"

"Camera pulita. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Colazione ottima. Posizione strategica. Lo consiglio."

"Very disappointing – nowhere near four-star standards I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at the Best Western Modena Resort. For a hotel claiming to be four-star, the experience was frankly dreadful. The biggest issue was the unbearable room temperature. Despite outdoor temperatures reaching 22°C, the heating was blasting away, making the room incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, I was simply told, “At this time of year, sir, we don’t put the...

"hanno addebitato il costo del soggiorno immediatamente anche se da contratto era da pagare all' arrivo alla struttura"

"Unique, quirky, ancient building. Excellent restaurant (not open in August). Comfortable and relaxing. The only improvement one could wish for is a kettle in the room and minimal tea/coffee amenities, but that's not typical of traditional Italian hotels. In any case, the continental buffet is great and included in the rate."

"Front desk staff (Berneditta) was very kind and helpful. Room perfect and a small breakfast was organized for us graciously."

"Exelente hospedaje, muy buena atención de parte de los dueños, muy recomendado y volvería ahí sin pensarlo"

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"Inconvenient location, 30 mins walk from center with poor transport connections. Aircon locked at 24⁰C, so room way too hot. Sensor on ceiling in room has a flashing LED which is really frustrating when trying to sleep. Hotel bar was closed to hotel guests because a private event was taking place. Coffee at breakfast was cold. Sockets in room do not work unless your key card is inserted, so you cannot change electronic devices unless you are in the room. Staff unhelpful and unwilling. And...
