"Was clean. Easy parking."

"Clean, spacious room. Free parking. Good breakfast. Very nice water pressure in the shower. 16 min drive to Vassar College and about 2 hours to NYC."

"Not even close to any previous stays at Marriott properties. Very disappointed. Bathroom amenities lacking, e.g. no hand or body lotion. No complimentary breakfast served. Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??"

"We had a nice stay. The breakfast was ok, just crowded, and the people that got there before us, gobbled up all the food. The staff were nice enough to go make more eggs and bacon… Unfortunately, a guest grabbed a bunch of bacon with his bare hands, so no breakfast for us.. We grabbed a wrapped muffin.."

"They do not pick up late arrivals at the airport. We were told there was a restaurant across the street but then we found it wasn't safe to walk to it. We were given menus to two restaurants that deliver and the food from the pizza place was excellent! The room temperature was 62 degrees when we arrived! Breakfast was great! Very little water pressure for a shower. Had to give several reminders to get a ride back to the airport to get a rental car."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing for me was that we faced east and had only a sheer curtain...could not black out the room bc the curtains were not built to close all the way. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, breads, waffles and more! The whole place was kept very clean. I highly recommend this place. "

"This Hotel is a beautiful place. This is my 3rd time staying here. The rooms and the bathrooms are huge! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My family loves the pool. Also, very clean. I can't wait to come back. Parking is free and you are only a 7minute drive from the mall. Great location"

"The room had a moldy scent. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom had no ventilation fan. The bath towels remain dam and never dried . Housekeeping service was poor . No room service for 2 days even thought there were no do not disturb signs placed on door .I would not stay at this location or any Hampton Inn hotels again."

"WIFi was very weak. We had very poor phone connections. Breakfast was fine but area is small so crowded. Not their fault but huge storm meant we lost our electricity for one night. Location was good. We enjoyed a great parade in front of our hotel."
