It was in poor condition. Really not ready to receive guests. Internet needed work, no hot water, no coat hangers. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. We were booked for 4 nights, but checked out after the first night.

Looks good on line but needs a lot of improvement
Thé greatîng was not welcoming ,standing at a glass window in the cold. Dog friendly ? not at all, filthy from dog poop everywhere, no place to dispose or bags to clean up and a daily charge. This hotel as many also have no idea the rules of the American disabilities act, there are no papers for service dogs just the fake you can buy on line. Lots of empty rooms yet putting guests next to each other. A homeless looking type was smoking pot outside . This was a bit scary as he was talking to himself. Scattered trash by my door the whole three days. The room was large , clean aged. The bed had a funky plastic mattress cover ,really my worst experience ever,Solo traveling woman I did not feel safe, too bad sounded like a good hotel . It’s also owned remotely by a Chinese corporation

Great value in Turlock.
Good value, very clean and comfortable room. Nicely furnished, bathroom is modern and very functional. TV worked fine. Microwave and large compact refrigerator were convenient. Lots of parking. Adjorning restaurant was very good, big portions, budget priced. Good location near restaurants and shopping. EV chargers nearby.

In a 5 night stay, the room was never cleaned, the towels were never changed, the trash was never emptied. I also didn’t appreciate being made to stand out in the cold while checking in. The heater didn’t work properly, it had to stay running all night, and there’s no WiFi It was reasonably clean, and reasonably quiet. Overpriced.

Worth the price and the location was perfect for what we needed it for. The room was an older room with some cosmetic issues but the room its self was clean and the bed was comfy. The room is huge and the bathroom was semi updated. The exterior of the place could use some work.

It was decent especially for pricing. It was clean. I'd say the beds are a little firmer than I'd like but that's just on me because of my bed preference, so can't take away for that. Their restaurant is great food and you get plenty on your plate. A bonus was a discount off food from their restaurant for staying there. I had no issues. The staff was very friendly and nice if you had any questions. I will look to booking here again if I need a place to stay in the area.

The check in process was very long. Once we got to our room we were hit with a dirty mop smell. There’s mold growing in the shower and on the floors. Just overall not clean not a comfortable stay.

Worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at.. Couldn't even stay the whole night.. Just left was so disgusting. There was gum stuck on top of the bed head board. Green gum that easily stuck out against the ugly brown wood. I'd rather sleep in my vehicle. Nothing good to say. Stay at your own risk. You have been warned.

Motel disaster
What you see in the pictures is not what you get in reality. We chose this motel based on it being single story, pet friendly and the reviews. I don't know who wrote the reviews but they were not accurate to the actual reality. Look at the pictures on the web and look at what you see when you arrive then turn around and leave The only positive they are professional enough to refund the unused portion of my reservation

Sunrise!
I arrived early but had no problem doing an early check in, there was a fee but it wasnt too much. Had to have a late check out and the gentleman that was at the front check in desk was able to accomodate a really late check out free of charge. He was awesome!! Overall it was a comfortable stay. I will definitely be staying there again.

People are living at this hotel. When I pulled in to register there was a man standing outside with a half gallon of vodka bottle next to him, area in which this hotel is located is suspect didn’t feel like my car would be safe overnight.

The bed was very comfortable - firm and flat with a memory foam topper. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and heating and air conditioning that worked well. However, the staff seemed confused able their jobs. Outside leaves and dirt were blown under the door and the room was not rechecked. There was no soap or shampoo.

The room was more or less stripped bare apart from the absolute essentials. One single plastic cup, no tissues, no coffeemaker, not even blinds on the bathroom window. Note: No matter what any site says, there's no breakfast at this motel. In the morning, I woke up as maintenance were starting to hose down the exterior walls and concrete with a high-pressure washer starting at 8 am. When they got to my door, I was about to check out, but dirty water was flowing in underneath the door, all over the floor and my stuff. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, really.

Horrible experience was charged 10$ for a towel that they said I stained and that it would not come out but I don't understand how they know that if the stains going to come out or not if they haven't washed it and they made me pay $10 for towel that's ridiculous and there was a bunch of noise outside all night and a bunch of tweakers running around the property

I wish I could go back in time & stay elsewhere
Room had no phone, coffee pot, clock radio, ice bucket, mini bar or free breakfast. All as advertised or shown in pictures. Bathroom doorknob was hanging on by a thread. Dead bugs and hair on floors. We were there 3 nights, no housekeeping visits at all. Each day we had to go to the office to ask for fresh towels. Sometimes they weren’t there. Room was way overdue for paint. Baseboards and thresholds were badly chipped up. No sign of ownership pride whatsoever. And a loud train goes by frequently but that’s not their fault.

Family Wedding at Pageo Lavendar Farms great time.
It was comfortable and quiet, but that evening and the next morning we couldn't get very many channels on the TV. there was also a kitchen a few steps away which was nice. Our stay consisted of 11 hours.

Love the management and the tenants.
Management There was very kind - Courteous and congenial. Always wanting to please you .. The other tenants were very kind and very nice. For less than 90 bucks and I stayed in a hundred motel rooms this past year is the best deal I've seen yet!......
