"The hotel is spotlessly clean and front desk staff very helpful. Great location though rooms on street are noisy with partners and traffic. We solved it by closing windows and using a fan for white noise. So great hotel with that caveat"

"The hotel has spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. The rooms have excellent controllable air con with an additional humidifier if required.
The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel is only a short 10 mins walk to the old town.
Would happily stay again if visiting Krakow."

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful, willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. 2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...
