"The apartment itself is very good, I’d have given it 5 stars but the reason I haven’t is because of the entry hall and staircase. The door to the apartment block is unlocked, so anyone could just walk in, on my first night some guys knocked on my door asking how they could get a key to their room, which was a bit concerning. The entryway is unwelcoming and a bit dingy. Having said that, inside the flat is great. My only other problem was that the bathroom is teeny tiny. The bed was comfortable,...

"the photo was not of the actual unit. bed was on wheels under kitchen floor so you sleep about 6 inches off the floor. bedding provided was horrendous. could not pay by Credit card. had to wire cash for this unit. check in time is 4 hour window if you miss it 15 euro cash penalty I had to leave early on Monday was charged 15 euro for early check out that no one showed up to do. "

"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...
