"We were a family of 4 and our scheduled stay was one night. The flush in our bathroom was not functioning and there was nobody who could come and take a look at it since it was the weekend. Communicating over WhatsApp or calling the number provided yielded no result other than a promise to pass on the complaint to have it looked at when "someone" was available (the soonest was the next morning, but that did us no good since we were going to be checking out). "Room was ok. But I never received a email with a code to enter the place . When I did get inside( caught the door as someone exited), the person at the desk just pointed to the computer to check in. Since I didn’t receive a code via email I wasn’t able to check in via the computer."

"I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!!
I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it!
Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!!
Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!!
The room was great!!!!
Appeared to be newly renovated and all including shower was wonderful !
