"The property is nice, and clean. The room was the same, and fairly quiet. I would have rated it 5 stars, but there was a (surprise!) $25/night parking fee. You might expect that in more of a luxury area, but this is Sunnyvale, and not exactly in a ritzy part of it either. The Hilton Garden in Cupertino has included parking, FWIW."

"We recently stayed 4 nights at Hotel Zico. The hotel was adequate for our needs. I have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping only happens every three days, I found that curious and disappointing. I normally leave a tip for the housekeepers based on the number of nights I stay but they only visited our room once. I’m fine reusing my towels etc but a tidy up of the room and bed making would have improved the stay. Location is great but be warned if you are a light sleeper, it’s right next to the freeway. Breakfast was good"

"I stayed at this property, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire area was full of trash, and the environment felt unsafe. Most of the staff were unhelpful. I didn’t have the Uber app and asked for help getting a taxi, but they told me to call myself. After I downloaded the app, I asked how to use it, and no one even looked at me despite asking multiple times. Two front‑desk staff in particular were unprofessional: the man with the mustache spent the whole day talking to someone, and the woman kept telling me to “sit, I’ll get back to you,” but never did. I ended up figuring everything out on my own. The hotel room itself had many issues: the phone didn’t work, the bedroom had no light or an open window, the AC didn't work when I was shivering, and the bathroom door lock was broken. I felt scared because people were smoking and wandering around outside. The breakfast was also misleading — there was no good food, all carbs, junk, not even juice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was truly an unpleasant and unsafe experience."
