"The staff are the prime example of excellent customer service. The reception staff really are delightful, friendly and helpful. We arrived very late into the night and were greeted by two very lovely, Spanish looking receptionists who were all smiles - this made all the difference to a long journey. The pool was excellent and the games room, kept my son entertained for hours. They also have a piano, are were very complementary of my son who played a few times during our stay. The room although not luxurious was tidy and fit for purpose. It is very central to everything and a jumbo supermarket which was only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."

"Stayed here for Rampage festival and it’s close enough to walk to the shuttle bus stop. The staff is wonderful and helped me schedule taxi service back from the festival late at night when the shuttles stopped running and Uber service was nonexistent. I would not have been able to stay for many of the late night sets I wanted to see without their help. Taxi from the festival is around 45-50 EUR. The breakfast is good too."
