Very slow check in, card machine not working so had to write my card details down on a piece of paper (not sure this is compliant with GDPR). No iron available. Paid £15 for breakfast thinking it was a cooked breakfast but was only continental consisting of a box of cereal, a piece of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, rock hard crusty roll and a jar of strawberries. Drove 5 minutes down the road and got 2 full English breakfasts for £16. There was no shower gel and only half a toilet roll left for us. The bed was comfy but very low down so if anyone struggles with their back or knees, the room isn’t for you. The pub next door switches every light off at night so it’s very dark outside, we struggled finding the BnB, I recommend the pub leaves one outside light on.

the staff at the We Three Loggerheads are very friendly and very helpful. i like bedroom and there was a lot of room to move around in. i like the cheese and milk in the fridge. I like the TV.

Great

Really lovely room, everything we needed, very clean. Only one thing not good was the mattress/bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Lovely staff in the pub, food was delicious, beautiful place.

Perfect weekend away

Lovely place, excellent service and delicious food. We had a really enjoyable and relaxing two days. Perfect for a good walk followed by a lovely drink and amazing meal, staff were all very helpful and professional. Can’t wait to return.

Well proportioned large room and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was left in a fridge in the room - lot of ham, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, large roll, fresh milk and juice etc etc. It was lovely and a welcome change from a cooked breakfast. My only negative comment would be that the room was chilly on arrival. It soon warmed up when we put the heating on, but it would literally have been a warmer welcome if the radiator had been on in advance

Highly Recommended

We stayed in the ground floor ensuite room in a building slightly detached from the main pub/restaurant building. The room was very clean and well appointed with a good walk in shower. Although it took us some time to find it (!) breakfast was a substantial cold buffet kept in a fridge in the wardrobe. Other reviews have complained about this but we thought it was great. One word of warning - if you are planning to eat in the evening, last orders in the restaurant are at 7pm. We didn't know but arrived just in time.

The main pub closes at 8.00pm at present time. We had handed the room key in as requested after the first night but not realising the closing time arrived back at the room at 9.00pm that night. Completely closed. Our daughter happens to live in the area so went there and emailed the owners as the mobile signal is very poor. Went back and there was someone there with they key. Nightmare if we had had relatives nearby as our bags were still in the room. Also no towels. Owners who live some miles away arrived early next morning with the towels and full apologies. Bottle of Prosecco offfered. Just a bit strange. Lovely room though and very good continental breakfast in the fridge.

Lovely gem of a B&B

A lovely stay, really comfortable and clean with lots of really nice touches for a friendly and personal experience Great to have the pub/restaurant next door

Room is very comfy and Cosy, it's got everything you need. The staff were very nice and efficient, the food in the restaurant was beatiful very tasty and well presented, stayed here a few times we will be returning.

Excellent value for money

We arrived after a long journey and received a very friendly welcome. Lynda was extremely helpful and organised reliable taxi for us. The food was delicious and value for money. Our accommodation was spacious and well equipped. Slightly away from the pub ,only a few meters but gave a more private feeling. I recommend We Three Loggerheads for its value for money and caring service. KGT-R

Wedding of the year

We asked to check in early as we at a wedding all day, which was no problem at all. The room was comfortable with a lovely en-suite would be more than pleased to stay again. We had Jacks room which is an annex on the ground floor.

No parking when we arrived had to pay and park in the loggerhead forest car park the other clientele were rough and rude and the pub / restaurant was dirty and run down it doesn’t look like the picture very disappointed we ended up leaving and not staying

Ok for one night

The bed was a bit uncomfortable but what was more uncomfortable was when the beer delivery man pounded on our upper floor door at 7:30 and then the very loud delivery of kegs occurred outside our window. Other than that shock our booking wasn’t in the Inn’s listing which made for some stress as we thought for a few minutes that we wouldn’t have a room for the night. We did like that the room was very spacious and the food at the restaurant was good. It was mostly clean though I would recommend they give the shower a good scrub. Don’t expect this Inn to feel exactly like a hotel, it was more of an Airbnb situation with no shampoo and a backstory about the person who used to live there. It was fine and a decent value for a one night stay.
