The wet area at the entry is a sensible addition. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff at every opportunity, and we even indulged in a hot rock massage at the Waldheim Spa, which was a very luxurious experience."

The on-site restaurant served delicious local food, and the location is ideal — just a short walk to the national park. A peaceful and cozy stay!"

"We stayed in the Ironstone room, which was large, homely and had a great view of Cradle Mountain. It was easy to check in and very friendly staff. We booked the tomahawk steak dinner and it did not disappoint! The light breakfast consists of Muesli and yoghurt which was also a nice start to the day. We would highly recommend staying here and wish we had longer!"
