For a downtown motel it was quiet. Bathroom was clean, but could use updated. Bed was comfortable. If breakfast was provided, we weren't informed of the hours it was available. Not even coffee was available at 6:30 AM.

The property has a regular according to the staff, who we found hoots and hollars at women, which we endured for five minutes, the rooms were terrible, the service when we tried to get a refund was abominable, we stayed for five minutes before we turned around, packed up and left. There's also a 100 dollar room deposit that they told no one about until they already charged me for it

Bathroom had mold on ceiling and in grout . Dirty handprints on bathroom door. Sink stopped up. Non smoking room reaked of cigarettes. One large towel and small floor towel . Coil mattress bed that slept down hill.

Flowerbeds were just weeds. Spider web in my room. The WiFi didn’t work. No grab bars in the bathroom. No security lock at the room door. The chain pull had been taken off. Not too bad aside from that. Not real happy about the $100. security deposit in case I damaged the room. I’m still waiting to see that back in my checking account.

This place is was terribly filthy and disgusting. We did not stay there. We stayed at a different hotel. I believe I should be refunded. The smell was horrible. Other people staying there were wondering around. They looked like they were under the influence of some substance.

Basic room at a good rate. The property could use some TLC and updating (esp the shower for the latter), but it was fine for our 1 night stay. It was about a mile walk to the concert venue and not much along the way. The front desk gentleman was very nice and the beds were comfortable. A few of the electric outlets were useless. I would stay again if the closer, more central properties were not available.

Comfortable bed, but could have used a blanket. Was fairly clean, (under bed was dusty, floor corners around tub dirty ) broken heater/cooler, needs updating. No Pool ,No breakfast. Okay for the price.

For the price of the property, I didn't expect anything spectacular. I liked that it had a microwave in a fridge in the room. But the bathroom had mold in the corners of the shower and Paint peeling from the ceiling and the walls

The room we were placed in was not at all like the pictures described. They are renovating and we must have gotten a room that was not renovated. Only one bathroom light worked and there was a huge crack in the ceiling. The bathtub was definitely from the 70’s. The ac barely kept the room cold at all.

The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the woman was sweeping when I first went in to the office. They were both very friendly. The air conditioning worked well, but the refrigerator needed to be defrosted and there was dried food right by the microwave that needed to be wiped up. Otherwise it was s great stay and well worth the value.
