"A rather tired property but the room and bed were very clean. Decor and carpets are very tired but appear clean. Big surprises were no drink making facilities in the room, no cup in the bathroom, a hideous shower arrangement over a tiny bath where the shower screen opens inwards over the bath leaving about 6” of space to climb through before struggling to close the screen. If you’re more than a 34” waist, best not to risk it. There is an external fire escape from the 1st floor but the steps...

"A beautiful old property. We stayed in one of the spacious super clean bungalows. We sat outside the chateau for breakfast to the song of golden orieles. Staff was super helpful leaving key and instructions after reception was closed as we arrived near midnight."

"Sehr saubere Zimmer und nettes Personal. Unsere Kinder und unser Hund haben sich ebenfalls wohl gefühlt. Leider ist es sehr laut, wenn man das Fenster nachts öffnet; da hört man jeden LKW vorbeibrausen und leider war die Minibar komplett leer bei unserem Check-In."

"We loved the pool, very well done. Room was very clean but no coffee in room or water and we were experiencing a heat wave. Two bottles of water would have been nice on arrival."

"Hotel has a lovely old world feel with a bar, outdoor seating & a restaurant onsite. Good location in town with parking available nearby or in the hotel garage. Good size room and bathroom. Very helpful staff"

"We were misled by hotel name and expected it to have a vineyard view, it doesn’t it’s between 2roads. We really needed an EV charger and there were (I think) 4 for approx 60 cars and they were in use. We ended up charging car at B&B hotel next door where we wish we’d stayed. There was no tea facility in room and only paper cups provided for tap water. Would expect a glass and tea in mid range hotel. Breakfast was good."
