"Representative at check-in and the staff in general we're friendly and very helpful. Perfect location for us and everything well was equipped for a 4-day stay. Location was perfect for us. The only caveat is that noise travels between rooms easily, so four stars in case people are sensitive to sound from neighbors."

"Room was clean, staff spoke great English so easy to communicate, the roof top pool was awesome. 5 min walk to a mall with lots of options for food and has a great Spanish restaurant with English speaking servers. Location of hotel seemed to be in a not so great location but the people were really nice. Not in a central area but make friends with a cab driver and always use him/her to get yourself around. Breakfast is served to hotel guest with lots of options to choose."

"We really enjoyed our week at the hotel. The staff were helpful and efficient. You could see that the building was really well maintained and kept spotlessly clean.
The hotel is seconds from the promenade with a choice of restaurants and the sandy beach, which was not crowded during our stay.
There was a really good choice on the breakfast buffet served on a shaded terrace. We ate dinner there too one night and it was fine.
It is in a quiet residential area with no shops nearby. The wifi was...
