"Good hotel"

"Hotel Villa San Carlo was a disappointment. The hosts are exceedingly nice, but the hotel itself is in dire need of an update. Nothing has been done in 20 years. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, the bathrooms less functional from the shower cabins to the 20 year old hair dryers. Air conditioning works sometimes, WiFi is sketchy and the breakfast is severely lacking. Even for Italian standards. The same sad hard boiled eggs came from the fridge 3 days in a row."

"Very nice place!! Excelent!!"

"Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. "Un ottimo hotel con un ottimo ristorante"

"OTTIMA ACCOGLIENZA E OTTIMA CUCINA IN UNA LOCATION SUPERBA"

"Einfach super.

"Super nice hotel, very friendly staff & good breakfast buffet!"

Airco werkt uitstekend.

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, with a genuine eye for detail that made our stay extra special. The hotel is family-owned, and you can really feel it. The owner works alongside her two adult children, and they make an outstanding team. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for every guest were among the best we’ve experienced. Their mother must have done something right, they are exceptional young...
