Location and water park was ideal for children. You simply don't have to go anywhere else as soon as you check in. The Bamboo spa was great too. Had a brilliant staff at the front Desk Fauzia who was exceptionally helpful.

We were totally surprised with this property. It superseded our expectations! So happy we booked this resort where we had a wonderful time in Mombasa ! We would highly recommend to stay to stay at this resort! We had a beautiful beachfront room . The food was excellent and the shows were amazing in the evening. We plan to come back !

Amazing pool with fun slides for kids,teens, and adults, A bigger pool with a bar in the center (comes with bridge so you don't have to get wet) a beach, jaw dropping performances, clean neat rooms and comfortable bed. Delicious buffet food. Staff were kind and helpful .Opened in Jan 27th 2017. 10000 stars. 1000000\ 10. Very highly recommend, second time staying and we WILL come back.

The staff was amazing throughout our stay. The buffet had plenty of choices and the staff at the restaurant was very attentive to our needs. The pools are well maintained although the closing time for the pools seems to be a bit early, I believe they close the pools at 6 pm. This would be the only soft complain about our stay. We have been there in the past and they seem to keep up the good work and customer service.

We had an ocean front room and the view was beautiful. Both pool areas were very close. The food was excellent for all meals, with many choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this resort.

All in all a nice place for relaxing. Hotel is fine and have beach access. We faced small issues but was taken care of by the hotel. Not much to do around the outside of the hotel but fun to take a tuk tuk to the mall nearby.

This resort was one of the best resorts I’ve been. It was clean and the staff is so nice. The buffet meals had a wide variety of food. I would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Mombasa!

Customer service was great, the kids loved and having in mind ir is not tjwir first time in the hotel. The water park is amazing, the variety of food and the entertainment in the evening is just what onw would need when on vacation.
