"My family and I had a great time there. It is clean, the kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils, the appliances were in good working order, and it was incredibly cozy. We had three adults, two teenagers, and a dog, and yet it felt incredibly spacious. We left an hour before it started snowing, so we’re hoping to redo this trip next winter. At least we know where we’ll be staying. :)"

"I booked a stay just for 1 night and confirmed everything. Got the receipt, cabin number, door code. Etc, early the day of the check in. Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted. I still appreciated the offers of atleast getting us alternative stay to their property or other properties, but it’s just really inconvenient and waste of time not having what...

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner made loud, weird noises all night and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower was very dark and awkward, especially for anyone over 5’6”. I’m 5’10” and had to squat to wash my hair. The WiFi was terrible and would barely connect. The location was fabulous though. "

"Hotel is very close to the Main Street which is great. Rooms are very clean and nice. The only thing that I was not happy about was the beds. They were not comfortable and I had trouble sleeping. Be prepared to pay$16 per night per parking. Everything else was good."

"Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours. There...

"We enjoyed using the hot tub and the location was very convenient. The house could use a deep clean though. The house felt very musty. The bed in the master is actually two twins bed which was an annoyance and there were very limited towels provided for showering/hot tub. "
