"This was an impressive simple aparthotel. Clean. Well managed with enough basic supplies in the kitchen to be comfortable. Elevators that worked. Easy walk to the beach or the tram. I was lucky enough to have a balcony. What a treat. I would stay again."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"Même si l’appartement est grand avec une grande terrasse, la chambre est exigu et surtout on n’a pas eu droit à un vrai lit, mais à deux petits lits de taille différente. Donc zéro pointé pour le confort L’accueil n’a pas su ou voulu régler ce problème. l’accueil m’a d’abord demandé 30 € pour changer de chambre, j’ai refusé et puis ensuite eh bien il n’y avait pas de chambre de disponible. Or nous avons bien constaté que l’appart hôtel n’était pas complet et pour finir pour une chambre...

"Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avions pris deux logement durant la durée du Top Marques et nous n’avons absolument rien à redire. Les logements sont incroyables tous comme l’a vu. Le parking est bien sécurisé comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Les seuls point faibles sont le manque de volet et qu’il n’y ai pas de café à disposition comme noté dans la description. "모든게 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 최고의 위치로 트램 타기도 편하고 식당들도 많아 편리 했어요. 한가지 불편했던건 샤워가 일어서서 할수 없는 구조라 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실과 화장실 잠금이 잘 되지 않아 좀 불편했어요. 하지만 그외 위치,서비스, 청결 모두 매우 만족이였습니다. 일행 4명 모두 샤워기 구조 외에는 매우 만족해 했습니다. 지내는동안 즐거웠습니다. "
