"when i got there at after midnight there was a lady going full Karen on the staff. i would have told her to kick rock in a lot more colorful fashion, but they took it and were VERY professional."

"I didn't want room cleaned since I had a short stay - I like to make bed comfortable and not need to "re-establish" getting pillows and blankets comfortable. They respected my request which I appreciated. Only thing I noticed which I forgot to mention when checking out shower door needed adjusting as it kept opening - hopefully no one slams glass door to get it to stay closed. Otherwise room was perfect, large and comfortable."
