"The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful when requesting additional items for our room. We stayed in two different rooms that had notable differences; one of them had a dining table and a working live TV, while the other room did not have those things. The major downside from the experience was that when we were returning to Guam, there was no one picking up at the front desk when we called for a shuttle service, so we had to call an Uber, come to see that the shuttle was parked in...

"Generally substandard ... didn't have hot water for 4 days, faucets worked poorly, water park was shutdown, noisy in the hallways, some if the front desk had little ambition to help."

"Ww were staying at Dusit Beach Tower. The Presidential room is disgusting. Old model frim their carpert are gross, linking roof all 3 bathroom are disgusting so old. We can't last an hour, i have ti throw up because of the smell.The manager are nice its just their facility are gross. Employees are not helpful. They have no customer service at all. The minute we arrive we have 3 large luggage there is 2 guys from the valet, they're standing and watch us to unload our luggages they didnt even...

"The entertainment here is great, and the hotel manager was nice! However, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The valet and some of the front desk staff were noticeably rude. Additionally, the lobby is consistently hot and dark with poor air conditioning, and the elevators desperately need to be upgraded as they are extremely hot and slow."

"The staff and workers were great and very helpful. The air conditioning system was very good and the tv was working. My only complaint is that it wasn’t clean(birth room and shower)the bedding was trash. The room needs to be aired as it was so stuffy and damp. Parking was also great"

"The staff are nice and friendly but the property is dirty. There’s dead worm on the pool and it was dirty. The hallways have a bird poo, dead insects, and worm."

"Check in process was a little slow as check in was at 3pm & my room wasn’t ready until almost 5pm. I stayed in the infinity tower. (The side that looks more dated.) There was a musky type of feel in the room as the AC was leaking. There were several small roaches in my room. Overall , staff was nice & lobby was clean! But I do believe the more dated tower should be renovated so the price could match the quality . I probably wouldn’t stay there again but it’s there if you’re just trying to find...
