"Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! "Located right next door to noisy bar. VERY loud music until 3-4am on a couple of nights. Ear plugs did not help. Sun on balcony from 6am to 12 mid day so you need to be up early to enjoy this. No option for any shade though so gets very hot to have breakfast there. An umbrella would be helpful. Kettle and coffee machine (this didn't actually work) is outside the room shared with everyone else. We didn't have house keeping or just very poor cleaning most days. Didn't get clean towels even though...

"Vi hade en fin vistelse på detta hotell. Trevlig personal. Bra städning och städpersonal. Bra men ganska liten pool. En del sällskap upptog solstolarna hela dagarna. Mycket trafikerad väg alldeles utanför hotellet. Fin utsikt från familjerum. Nära till den jättefina stranden, bara kort promenad ca 150 m."

"Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. "Beds are less than desirable and pool area could use a good cleaning. Staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to the room so coffee isn’t warm by the time it makes it to you. No soap or toiletries of any kind. This isn’t a place to stay if you struggle with steps."

"DO NOT BOOK this property . When I arrived for a x2 night booking ,the WiFi was not working this also meant the TV streaming service was not available. I made contact via WhatsApp and also went to the Sister Hotel ( The Water ) to try and sort out. There was a total lack of engagement from the host.
