"The best breakfast I’ve ever had!!"

"When I arrived they told me that there was no water in the building so all reservations were cancelled. I had to stay in another hotel. I hope I get reimbursed for the charge since I couldn’t stay at the Hyatt."

"I was truly impressed with my recent stay. The staff at check in were warm and welcoming, my room was very clean and the hotel has excellent amenities. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you were looking for. Hotel staff walked around during breakfast area cleaning, refilling food items and greeting/assisting guests. I did use the gym and it was clean and with a nice view."

"I paid for parking and my spot was taken when I got back so I was left with NO PARKING. You can only communicate with the team via text and it took them hours to even try to resolve it and since I was already very unimpressed with the room/weird creepy hole in the ceiling/bed/filthy bathroom with a tub that wasn't draining I just left. Do yourself a favor and just pay a bit more for a hotel with staff who can assist you if things go wrong. This is is not it!!"

"It was very nice and well maintained, room was super hot without window open but that’s not a big deal, definitely need to me more open about the fact that’s it’s a shared space kind of hostel thing cuz I was unaware till arrival and I’ve seen many others also not get enough warning other then “shared fridge and microwave” on the page but overall good for price "

"Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. "

"Extremely friendly staff and was able to get an early check-in and an upgraded room. The room itself was everything thats advertised...amazing amenities and a beautiful view from the balcony. There could have been a few dings and scuffs in the room, but it was perfect for my two-day stay and someplace I would come back to again and again"

"Be aware no housekeeping services if staying less than 6 nights and property does not always answer phone when calling. Requested towels and called 4 times…took a day and half to finally receive. Additionally property not very accommodating. The rooms are good though, service was just not up to par of other hotels we have stayed in. Would not recommend or book again. "
