"Overall a pleasant experience."

"Unique, charming, historic room that had been upgraded with wifi. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. However, my husband and I did not like the split-level floor layout of our room. It made it a little treacherous to remember to step up from the bed and then to step up again to the bathroom. And, then to step back down. We were so concerned about tripping we had to keep a couple of lights on. As such we found it difficult to get a good night's rest."

"Our stay at the Heidelberg Inn in the June Lake Loop was amazing and one we will never forget. The location is perfect — walking distance to June Lake and Gull Lake, and right across the street from Tiger Bar, June Lake Brewery, June Pie, and Balanced Rock Grill & Cantina. "The staff were all exceedingly friendly and helpful, the grounds were lovely and well-maintained, the pond was nicely stocked with large trout that kids and adults loved fishing for, the room was large and comfortable and well-stocked, but the best feature of all is the location with waterfalls visible from the room and restaurant and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere.
