Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Cozy Stay by the Lake

Our family loved our stay at Lake Front Cabins. We were a mere minutes walk from the Marina and Town, our cabin was clean and comfortable, and we look forward to visiting again.

Great times in June Lake

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying in June Lake. The property location was very nice. Our unit was stocked well with the essential supplies in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is great! Short walk to good restaurants, general store and June Lake Brewery. We also enjoyed the fire pits. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great Place

We have stayed here a couple of times now and we have always enjoyed our stay. It is clean and convenient to our favorite Ski Resort, June Mountain. I just wish they would put new shower heads on! That may be nit picking, cuz the rest is great!

Fun family vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our cabin was very nice inside. It was very clean, very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Close to a park and walking distance to the lakes. Very comfortable beds. Fully furnished kitchenette. We loved using the fire pit and parking was convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Great hotel close to June Mt and downtown

Very cute, roomy cabin with full kitchen and living room area. It was perfect with a family of 4 (couch pulled out). We were able to cook, lounge, and relax! Would definitely recommend; we look forward to returning!

We’ve stayed here multiple times and tried a couple of different cabins. My only complaint will be the showers. They’re small. The water press is fantastic but awkward in such a small shower - especially for short people. But despite that, we’ll continue to stay because the cabins are always clean and the location is walking distance to the shops and brewery. You’ll enjoy your stay!

This property was great! We were able to walk to the grocery store, shops, eatery’s and to the lake. We were 1 mile from the June Lake Ski resort. Check in and check out we’re easy. Communication was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Great location, great communication. Had everything we needed for cooking. Super close to skiing. Clean, comfortable beds. Family friendly! Our kids were able to play on the snow in the front area after skiing and made friends with other kids. Everyone had a blast! Will definitely be back!

Nice little room near the lake. A short walk up the hill to all the shops. Lots of good fishing tips from Ernie’s. Our only complaint was the shower head was not adjustable. So it would only point in one direction.

Had a great stay here with our dog. They had really nice toiletries (meyers brand). We made daily use of the kitchen that had everything u could need to cook n clean. They had spices/seasoning, cutlery, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee machine(sweetener,filters, etc.) Felt like a small cozy home and it made it so easy that we didn’t have to bring all the things.

Unbelievably small. Kitchen has no stove, but has two burners you have to reach around the fridge to access. Bathroom was crazy small, shower was as big as an old phone booth. Had to walk sideways just to get through the “hall” leading to the bedroom. My son and I made due, just way overpriced for what it was. My friend stayed for the same price a block away and his place was awesome compared to this. Not for skiing trip, maybe for one person fishing.

Nice little cabins right next to the June Lake Marina. Ideal location if you're on a fishing trip, especially if you're launching your own boat or renting one. Local dining, groceries, tackle shop, bars are all within a short walk (literally 2 mins). The owners/managers provided great communication throughout. Cabins had everything we needed. There is a social area in the middle of the property with plenty of lighting, seating and fire rings for evening get-togethers. They're currently upgrading the social area and it's looking really good. Would definitely recommend.
