"This is the second time I’ve stayed at The Ivey’s. It’s such a beautiful hotel. I love everything about the decor. The staff are very helpful and personable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and so very pretty. The only criticisms I have for my stay was the guest elevator was not working (it was out of order when I stayed several years ago as well), and the fragrance they use in the hallways is very strong. The location is convenient for walking to many nice restaurants nearby. "

"My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was amazing—especially Natalie at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the entire stay was outstanding. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (kiss the chef!). Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!"

"Everything about our stay at the Duke Mansion was wonderful. Talk about Southern hospitality! We felt welcomed with the spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff and beautiful gardens. A plus was that we could easily walk to many different restaurants. I highly recommend staying here when traveling to Charlotte."

"Very clean and quiet, near restaurants, cleaned the room and made the bed every day without asking. Front desk was very nice and polite and helpful. I will definitely stay again next year price was great."
