"Thank you Novotel. Fabulous stay in Deauville- could not fault anything (but would like proper mugs in room for a cuppa rather than paper cups). Lovely welcome from Emiilie. Perfect location for beach, restaurants, Trouville and the race courses. Lovely to overlook the beach at breakfast and see the horses exercise. The Sushi is out of this world! We had it twice. Will definitely book again. "

"Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! Rooms all had fruit flavoured teas supplied but would have been nice to have had good old English Breakfast tea too! We bought our own locally in the end so didn’t go without! Location is ideal and only a short distance to main centre where there are very good restaurants although quite limited in number and not all open for food in the evening. We used the hotel as a base to visit the Normandy beaches and it was ideal for that purpose. All in all a lovely hotel and worth a stay. "
