"The check in was terrible, she spent a lot of what looked like chit chat to guest ahead of me. The person who took my order in restaurant for goy to place order with chef, so i waited an extraordinarily long time to get meal."

"I liked the way that we could park the car right in front of the room. That was very convenien. What I didn't like though, was the fact that there was not any continental breakfast as claimed. The breakfast option was very limited to some muffins and corn flakes. This is not continental breakfast!. On top of that there is not any dining room."

"The hotel is in good condition but being close to the airport it has many refugees with young noisy children If you want breakfast I suggest that you arrive early because trays full of food are removed from the buffet and taken to the rooms"

"I was on Expedia making a last minute reservation the evening of check-in. I accidentally selected this property instead of another I wanted. I immediately called Expedia to explain my error. Expedia called Hampton Inn to explain the situation and request a waiver of their non-refundable rule. Hampton Inn bluntly refused, knowing full well that there would be no one checking-in for that room. It was a classic case of “we’ve got your money now and it sucks to be you.” We never got a refund.
