We could not have been made to feel more welcome or comfortable. A perfect weekend getaway after a difficult Winter. We are already looking forward to our next visit in june."

"Oh where to begin. The first morning my coffee maker didn't work. Someone came up to replace it and the second one didn't work. He brought the third one, a different kind, and because he spoke no english, although he was a lovely gentleman, he couldn't explain how to use it. I finally got it to work on the second morning, although it wasn't very good. On my last full day, I came back after a long emotional event and asked whether there would be any food available for dinner because the dining room was closed. I was told the roof top bar would have some appies. They didn't - only chips and dip or nuts or pretzels. They had no idea that the front of house staff had said they would have food. So I had chips and dip for dinner. I really didn't want to leave the hotel. Not very impressed at all! The room was large and lovely, though. And the staff was good. But I would never stay there again!"

"Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and super friendly staff. Shout out to Amanda at front desk who checked us in, wished my son happy birthday, upgraded our room to accommodate a pull-out bed with no issue, and then surprised us later with a beautiful and delicious cheesecake slice on the house, for my son! He was overjoyed, thank you so much! Overall 10/10 stay. "

"Overall…Soap dispenser was empty in shower; towels were a little harsh, toilet tissue was too thin. And we had a room 1504 with a closed adjoining door and sound from the adjacent room was easily transmitted. Not always pleasant language and intermittent screaming. Overall though, the hotel is still charming and we would go back."
