"Excellent service. Excellent staff. The AC did not work on the room. Staff were informed and we were told it would be inspected. It never worked properly after it was reported, staff never followed up on it. Great little glass water bottle waiting on your arrival in the room. Unfortunately it is too large to refill in the sink. Great location. Be aware if you have accessibility needs, that area of Ottawa has some of the worst sidewalks I have ever experienced. The City and Federal Government...

"Like - the hotel was clean and well maintained. Did not like - tried to order a small, simple à la carte breakfast of Raisin Bran cereal, an apple and a hot tea. I was not hungry so did not want the breakfast bar for $25. My simple order ended up costing $26! They added a large fruit cup and a large hot tea without asking or giving me a choice of the items’ size. This was not fair since I only wanted a small breakfast but the up-charges on these two items caused my small breakfast to cost...

"I had to go back to the front desk before they figured what room I was in and had the room key was programmed properly. They was a lot of hair in the bathroom."
