Lovely small dining room, good food… but enjoy the international dining options within 10 min walk. Be aware the gym is very small. Overall, enjoyed our stay."

"Sockets were quite difficult to use. Especially if you are travelling with adapters. Thankfully I have 2 different ones as this is an old hotel and one of my adapters did not fit in at all. I had an upgraded room. Quiet. Comfortable. Heated bathroom floors. Very convenient location."

"The hotel itself along with the staff are excellent. Nicely located near Grand Place with 100's of food and shopping options, including grocery stores and CHOCOLATE! The staff were all phenomenal, from the concierge/front desk greeting us thr first morning to the housekeeping and breakfast staff. The only thing I dinged the amenities for was that there unfortunately was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room which made getting food all at once not practical to limit the number of trips...

"Great location. No sitting area in hotel. It’s attached to the Lloyd Coffee eatery on the main level. Noisy at night. Arrived very early. Was checked in early into an upgraded room. I got very ill my first night there… Thank you to the morning front desk clerk(I did not get her name). She came to my room to see what I needed and sourced some supplies for me as I was too ill to leave my room."

"Very stylish hotel in the perfect location in Brussels. Close to the city centre with lots of great food options and shopping close by. Room was surprisingly spacious and had nice big shower. Would definitely stay here again. Mini fridge in room with coffee maker and each floor had a water dispenser. "

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. The construction noise at the front of the building was quite disruptive in the morning, I would suggest requesting a room at the back for future guests. More concerning, however, was the check out process. I was told I had already eaten breakfast, apparently because someone else with my room number had gone in. It was very unpleasant to feel accused of lying when I hadn't even left my room. Better verification at the restaurant is definitely needed."

"The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"This hotel was conveniently located walking distance to Brussel Centraal station and in the heart of historic Brussels. Check in and check out was easy and the rooms were clean and spacious for Europe."
