"The HVAC in the room pretended to work but the temperature didn’t budge in two days. It was hotter in the room than outside"

Was disappointed that the room was quite warm as the A/C wasn't switched on and needed to be done centrally. Also the hot water in the room was rather limited. There was a bottle of water provided but not replaced"

"Good location. Excellent breakfast - great range of high quality fresh foods. Restaurant and bar area great. Lovely staff. Rooms a bit basic and not keen on the shower and toilet cubicles. Depends what you want from a city hotel. We were not in the room a lot so the other strong points made it a good stay for us."
