"The receptionist was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay because my room had a beautiful lake view. The location was also convenient, just a short drive to the Village and to the grocery which I really liked. However, the main downside was the noise from housekeeping. They were quite loud while cleaning, with doors and cabinets banging, which could be disturbing when you were trying to sleep. I also had an uncomfortable experience when a housekeeping staff member entered my room without knocking first while I was still inside. Overall, I enjoyed the lake view and the convenient location, but I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping noise levels and ensure that staff always knock and wait for a response before entering occupied rooms."

"I would absolutely stay at this hotel again - so anything that sounds like a criticism should be considered minor. The place was clean, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly, the views of the lake were spectacular. Parking was minimally inconvenient (I frequently pulled into a full parking lot then had to back out onto the main street to drive next door to park then navigate a very steep staircase - I'm glad it wasn't icy). Finding reception was a bit difficult - I've never had to go into the basement and down a hall to check in, but once I found them they were efficient, professional, and friendly. If I find myself in the area in the future, I will look forward to staying here again."
