Kids really enjoyed the waterslide. Outdoor hot tub looked great, but no kids allowed so I couldn’t get out to try it. Busy mediocre continental breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and room wasn’t cleaned/no new towels, supplies… Overall a good hotel pick - great price, convenient location, comfy beds- would return again.

La chambre studio était propre et bien garnie. Réfrigérateur et congélateur, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, évier, vaisselle. Il manque toutefois une table avec 2-4 chaises pour pouvoir profiter de repas/collations préparées. Avec une famille avec de jeunes enfants, c’est impensable de manger sur les lits BLANCS. Nous avons apprécié la douche en céramique avec distributeurs de shampooing, revitalisant, gel de douche DOVE. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine avec la glissade et nous avons beaucoup apprécié également faire nos gaufres le matin au petit buffet. Un choix plus varié de fruits serait agréable pour un séjour de quelques nuits. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup aimé! Nous n’hésiterons pas à vous recommander et à venir vous visiter à nouveau ☺️

We had a great experience at another Microtel location last year (Montreal) but this hotel was good but definitely not at that same high standard. While the room was clean and comfortable it smelled like wet dog (and we are dog-lovers). The hall/room very much smelled like animals which this hotel allows and I wish we had anticipated. Our children were excited for the pool/waterslide but my oldest would not get in the pool upon seeing how "cloudy" it was. I was pretty disappointed to see guests using the pool in their street clothes. I wish it was enforced bt staff that wasn't permitted as likely led to the pool area becoming unsanitary. We also had difficulty finding parking due to construction/trucks in the back area. One huge plus is the complimentary breakfast and the staff providing that service were excellent and did a wonderful job.

Mon expérience au Wyndham Microtel Mont-Tremblant s’est globalement bien passée. J’y étais de passage avec mon épouse pour quelques jours. Selon moi, c’est davantage un hôtel familial : parfait pour une famille qui souhaite se retirer à un prix raisonnable. Pour un couple, l’expérience dépend davantage du type de séjour recherché. Cela dit, ce qui a vraiment marqué notre passage, c’est la qualité du service du personnel, en particulier Carole, Danika et Patrick. Nous n’étions pas entièrement satisfaits de notre chambre au départ, mais après leur en avoir parlé, ils ont tout fait pour nous trouver une solution plus agréable, et ce, bien au-delà de nos attentes. Un merci spécial à Patrick, qui nous a aussi recommandé d’excellents restaurants dans le coin. J’ai bien fait de suivre ses conseils! Leur professionnalisme, leur écoute et leur sens du service ont clairement rehaussé notre expérience.

I was checked in by a very nice lady. The room was clean. I enjoyed my stay for what it was free breakfast very limited to what you do get to eat. I wish the eggs were scrambled, but they do have hard-boiled eggs.

The property looks good from the outside and is well laid out with the pool and breakfast area on the main floor. If you are a travelling family it’s likely a good spot for an overnight stay. The rooms are not very comfortable for seniors like me. The chair is very uncomfortable and the desk chair ok. That’s it for furnishings. The TV is internet tv only and kept failing in and out. We had to keep getting it reset by the front desk. We tried to watch the World Cup but virtually impossible due to poor internet signal for live events. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t get any maid service. The bed was ok at best. There was a musty smell in the room as well. The garbage cans around the hotel were overflowing. The breakfast area was not kept very clean so we didn’t bother with the complimentary breakfast. Staff were friendly but looked overwhelmed because there wasn’t enough of them. I would not stay there again. The pub across the parking lot was very good.
