"We were assigned a room on the fourth floor, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room had a serious ant problem — there were ants everywhere. We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but the second room had the same problem. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The front desk staff did try to help and came at midnight with insect spray, which we appreciated, but after spraying the room, we had to sleep with the strong...

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"
