Unexpected weather in the area caused power outages in the region, which the staff were super helpful in making sure we were kept updated about - they secured us a reservation at a restaurant that still had power, provided us with numerous little lanterns for our room, etc. When we accidentally left a bag on the terrace after we left, they had located it before we noticed it was gone - and kept it in a secure location until we...

"I tried to use their airport shuttle and no one answered when I called the hotel or used the airport call box, so I took a taxi. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for 40 minutes. I just sat in the lobby after 24 hours of travel, exhausted, and they didn’t even apologize for making me wait."

"Wonderful stay at this small place on Aix. Staff were great and gave lots of great advice. Location is right in the center of Aix and walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are small but sufficient for a short stay. It is walking distance from the Aix- Ville train station. Its a twenty minute car ride from Aix-TGV station. We will stay here again on our next visit to Aix!"
