"Room was really clean, staff was amazing. Breakfast was quick and easy. Coffee was good. Heater worked was a little crispy cool there so didn’t need a/c. Great stopping point for our trip home from central California to home in central Oregon. "

"We had been on the road all day. We were welcomed and were able to check in early. For a family owned inn they had the best technology. Keyless entry and online checkout. Very clean!!"

"The hot tub and pool were large and great for kids. The room was spacious. I did have trouble with our booking using hotels.com as the staff charged my card for the entire booking rather than the hotels.com credit. But it was fixed when we checked out when I spoke with a different staff member. Also, you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. One night a baby was crying all night and we got no sleep!"

"Really nice cabins in a forest environment. Very quiet. Not easy to find our cabin the first time, needed a map sent. Otherwise, a perfect place to relax for the night."

"Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this to the front desk staff at check out: he commented that not that it is acceptable, but there was a recent change in management and front desk staff, and that evidently all the communication issues have not yet been ironed out! Nice to hear, but as he stated, not acceptable service."
