"It was a decent place to stay, took a long time to get checked in. Only one staff member there at the time. Not there fault for the extra long wait. Between the restaurant, convention center and hotel Not a lot of parking But I would stay again if I needed to"

"We landed at 12 am and called the front desk (as did multiple other parties arriving with us on the same flight) and were put on hold leading to multiple unanswered calls. Many of the parties attempted this call more than once. The end result was having to walk to the hotel in the rain (¼ mile walk) when we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the. front desk. After a few minute wait, an employee appeared and apologized for the inconvenience and we were assigned rooms. You would think that someone would be within earshot or possess some sort of communication device, especially since the front desk apparently had a schedule of incoming flights."
