"The room was clean, updated, better than expected, and adequate for our one night stay in town after a long day of ahospital procedure. The only complaint might be that the 2 pillows were very flat, and 2 extra would have helped but it wasn't a huge problem. Our little dog was with us and no pet fee was a great bonus! The cute gal at the desk seemed a tiny bit impatient with my questions and needing extra clarification where my husband should park.....due to me still being a little fuzzy after...
"I was treated to one of the very worst examples of how not to greet a guest. The two employees working check-in when I arrived 9/18/26 at around 9:00 p.m. were having a squabble as to which one was in line to greet me. The squabble quickly grew to a near shouting match, all while I waited to be served. They took turns calling who I assumed was there supervisor to loudly complain about their co-worker's lack of professionalism.
Suffice to say neither worker exemplified anything like the basics...
