"The decor in the hallways, elevator, stairways and room was classy, including the bathroom counter, flooring, furniture, painted walls and bedding. The gathering room on the main floor was also classy from the 1912 period. However, there was no heat due to a mechanical problem. (extra blankets and a portable heater were offered.
