"My son and I liked the games room. The breakfast was nice. The hot tub was being repaired when we were there.
We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned once despite us telling the front desk about it on our second day."

"We had a late check in and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The two queen room was much more spacious than expected. Clean and quiet with a great air conditioning unit! We needed a last minute late checkout and the daytime staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy. Would stay again!"

"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. "The room was clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. There was the option of the pool and hot tub but we never got a chance to try it out. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and the staff was very nice, letting us finish esting, even after breakfast had stopped. "
