"Great stay"

"Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price."

Thevery layout in the bathroom is very unique. Usually they have the long sinks on the right and a tub and shower on the left. This one had a sink in a corner and beautiful clear glass shower.The bedding is wonderful. I loved the king bed and the pillows were perfect. I didn’t use the TV at all because I had my iPad so I don’t know there but...

"The staff is great here. The hotel is clean. The only complaints I have are that the parking lot fills up quickly and there’s a lot of door slamming, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise."

"Room was next to the elevator. I asked for another and was told she couldn't change my room even though the hotel was less than half full. I asked for creamer for the coffee maker and was told it was in the room. We looked in the room again, nothing there. She told us to go and look for some on the breakfast tables. They charge $7 for parking in their lot. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. You also had to buy your own breakfast."

"The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal...

"Property is undergoing renovations and it’s messy plus the hallways smell like construction work. We were in a renovated room but the quality of work is questionable. Items hung crooked, toilet paper holder already falling off the wall….. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and gracious."

"I had a decent stay. The staff was nice enough, but very disorganized and (at times dismissive) while others were fantastic. They seemed to not know what was going on depending on who you came in contact with. This is a VERY sparse accommodation. Clean? Yes, but i have a feeling in a year or two it will reflect the level of quality they provide. There was no cup, coffee maker, or anything else useful to assist you in the kitchen…and a shampoo on the counter in the bathroom was the only...

"This hotel sent a confirmation email the day before the stay stating that if I didn't cancel before 4 pm on that day, my credit card would be charged. I was flying in and obviously didn't cancel only to get there that evening and be told that they were oversold by 5 units and I had no room. There was no recourse, the rest of the city was booked as it was marathon weekend there. I received horrible service Avoid at all costs"
