"When I entered the property I was greeted by Erika and another lady. They were both very pleasant with great conversation. Erika help me and she was outstanding with her friendly personality. Erika gave me advice and assistance where to park my Harley Davidson for security reasons and I really appreciated her extra attention. A customer can stay anywhere and many hotels offer much of the same service, but what separates each company is staff members— like Erika. Her attention to friendly service and going a step further is something another hotel Cannot offer. Thanks Erika for a job well done. And a honorable mention to the other staff lady on duty. "

"My only complaint about the property is the parking lot seems a bit small especially when the hotel is full. But the rooms and staff, amazing! We love to stay here any time we come to Billings. We will be returning again in Oct. "
